If I'm not happy with my purchase, can it be returned?
We want all of our customers to be satisfied!
Any items purchased from us may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of purchase price. (Shipping is not refundable.) We do require that all items be in as-received, new condition. Jewelry must be unaltered and unworn.
How soon can I expect my purchases to arrive?
We will ship within 3 business days maximum after receipt of order; usually we ship sooner.
Items will ship via first class mail, which should take 2-7 days for domestic delivery.
Please bear in mind that we have no control over the actual speed of postal delivery! International delivery, in particular, can involve delays at customs. Buyers are responsible for all VAT taxes and import duties.
How will I know when my purchase has been shipped?
You will receive an email notice from USPS, which will contain the date of shipment and the package tracking number.
All of our shipments will carry delivery confirmation.
