We want all of our customers to be satisfied! Any items purchased from us may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of purchase price. (Shipping is not refundable.) We do require that all items be in as-received, new condition. Bead hanks must be intact; bead packets must be unopened. Jewelry must be unworn.

Yes, of course! Actual shipping will depend upon how many items we can pack together. Our shopping cart will determine correct shipping costs. If you have any questions, you are welcome to contact us BEFORE you send payment!

We will ship within 3 business days maximum after receipt of order, if payment is made by credit card or money order; usually we ship sooner. We do reserve the right to hold shipments for 10 business days if order is paid by personal check not known to us. One or two jewelry items and all beads will ship via first class mail, which should take 2-7 days for domestic delivery. Multiple jewelry purchases will ship via priority mail, which should take 2-4 days for domestic delivery. Please bear in mind that we have no control over the actual speed of postal delivery! International delivery, in particular, can involve delays at customs.

You will receive an email notice from USPS, which will contain the date of shipment and the package tracking number. All of our shipments will carry delivery confirmation. As always, you are welcome to contact us at any time if you have any questions whatsoever!
